ILM Level 5 Qualifications in Leadership and Management

  • In-House Option Available

This qualification best prepares leaders and managers to overcome the challenges presented by the modern workplace.

With a focus on teams, collaboration, change and the new world we work in, the ILM Level 5 Award and Certificate in Leadership and Management are designed for practising middle and senior managers, helping them to develop their skills and experience, improve performance of themselves and the organisation, be able to understand and affect a positive cultural organisation, and be able to innovate and implement change.

The programme also enables leaders to better manage and adapt to the rapid pace of change in the workplace – primarily brought about by the rise of technology. And it empowers them to inspire their teams and guide them through the challenge.

We believe it has never been more important for leaders to develop their skills in this area to minimise disruption and make the most of the opportunities.

Change is inevitable, but it can also be difficult. Many find change uncertain and unsettling, and that brings challenges for leaders and those driving change.

Our new course has been designed to help prepare you for both the challenges and opportunities that change brings. The training focuses on relationship building, decision making, leadership style and empowering others.
