Our new course has been designed to help prepare you for both the challenges and opportunities that change brings.
And with technology rapidly increasing the rise of change in the workplace, we believe it has never been more important for leaders to develop their skills in this area to minimise disruption and make the most of the opportunities.
Through this training you will achieve an ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management qualification with a focus on change leadership. This qualification is considered to be the equivalent of the second year of an undergraduate degree.

This training consists of eight self-study online modules, with tutor support provided for the ILM assignment work.
You can complete it at your own pace. On average, those taking this qualification take about 6 months to sucessfully complete the ILM assignment work, but we offer up to 12 months of tutor support included in the price. We can offer support beyond this time period for an additional fee, but all assignments have to be submitted to ILM within a maximum of 3 years from the time of registration.
The price below includes unlimited email, telephone and Zoom™ correspondence with your tutor for guidance and feedback, with particular attention to ILM work-based assignments.

We call it a blended learning course. There are eight online self-study modules you need to complete together with some post-course assignments. As well as the online modules, you will correspond with our tutors by email, telephone and Zoom™ to ensure you are on track.
You will achieve an ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management qualification with a focus on change leadership. This is the equivalent of a second year of an undergraduate degree, a Diploma of Higher Education, HNDs and BTECs Professional Diplomas, Certificates and Awards.
Yes, support does not have to be limited to the ILM assignment work. You can also arrange help with our tutors on other elements of the training.
