The training is packed with opportunities to deliver sessions, watch your performance back, and receive expert feedback from our trainers.

The two-day programme is for those new to training and delegates who want to refresh their skills. It will guide you through TRAIN:

Understand communication barriers, the importance of body language and impactful messaging. And how to respond to difficult questions.

How to set goals for the training you are about to deliver.

Delivering a training session to camera with playback and feedback from your expert trainer.

Improved performance

Picking up from where they left off, you will use the lessons learned from the last practical to deliver an improved training session.

Can you tailor this training to our needs?

Yes. This is our training course which has been developed and refined over the many years we have been providing it to delegates from organisations in virtually every industry.

This means the course syllabus is flexible and can be tailored to the specific requirements of your organisation and industry.

Is the training accredited?

There are two options for this training. We offer an accredited version where the delegates receive an ILM Recognised Certificate, and one without the accreditation.

What is the difference between the two versions of the training?

The content is the same for both course options. The only difference is that on the accredited version, delegates will receive an ILM Recognised Certificate. The extra administration time, certificate fees and accreditation costs involved are the reasons why this course option is more expensive.

Is there any pre-course activity?

You will just need to prepare a five-minute presentation that you will deliver to the group during the first session.

What is included in the cost of the training?

Our Train the Trainer course fees cover your workbook and course materials, certificate fees, lunch and refreshments.

Will Train the Trainer help me deliver better virtual training courses?

Yes, we have updated our training for this course and the modules now also cover virtual training.

Will Train the Trainer training help me deliver any future training on any subject?

Our programme improves your knowledge of training rather than your subject matter expertise. But your learning will help you deliver future training effectively, no matter what the subject.

Does it matter whether I am an experienced trainer or am new to training?

No. This programme will enhance your already existing training skills, or give you foundation knowledge to begin your trainer journey.
