Train The Trainer - Classroom Courses

Loved the collaboration and discussion side of the course. We were given time to explore the issues facing our business and discuss solutions as well as being given practical solutions to our current offering requirements.

Laura was great and really engaging. I acquired some really good skills and theory to back up the information provided. I really enjoyed the practical elements of the course and gained some really good opportunities to reflect. Took away lots of actions to take forward.

Saphire is a really knowledgeable and engaging trainer. I particularly enjoined learning about the psychology of personalities and leaning styles. I was quite concerned about the dynamic of the smaller group but Saphire made it personal to us and facilitated us well.

I was unsure what was involved in the course and was nervous when informed i had to give a 5 min presentation. Dan was very good in explaining everything and putting you at ease. Everything he discussed he made clear with a sense of humour. I was 100% more confident when i left the course as to when i began the course and this was all due to the way Dan presented the course.
