Really good course, would highly recommend it for anyone who has to train others or present.

Laura was great and really engaging. I acquired some really good skills and theory to back up the information provided. I really enjoyed the practical elements of the course and gained some really good opportunities to reflect. Took away lots of actions to take forward.

Saphire is a really knowledgeable and engaging trainer. I particularly enjoined learning about the psychology of personalities and leaning styles. I was quite concerned about the dynamic of the smaller group but Saphire made it personal to us and facilitated us well.

Saphire was fantastic, both her knowledge, her training ability were second to none. The training course was a joy to be on.

I was initially anxious about the length of the days for an online course, as I often struggle to stay focused for much over an hour in that format, but Dan did an amazing job of keeping it alive - particularly useful as we're gearing up to deliver sessions of similar length ourselves. Was able to take plenty of techniques from that. Loads of food for thought, and a real help in reframing how we might be able to deliver our own courses - it's really good to be given some of the tools for how to think about planning a session.

Dan was great at getting everyone involved and giving every individual one on one feedback whilst checking in with the group regularly. I've learnt lots of really useful tools and I know that the anecdotes used through the 2 day course will really stick.

I feel so much more confident about putting together a training session than I did when I came here! Great tips and understanding the different learning styles and how to adapt, measure the effectiveness of training and encouraging feedback from delegates. Thank you Chris!

I was unsure what was involved in the course and was nervous when informed i had to give a 5 min presentation. Dan was very good in explaining everything and putting you at ease. Everything he discussed he made clear with a sense of humour. I was 100% more confident when i left the course as to when i began the course and this was all due to the way Dan presented the course.
